Most pieces in the sale are one-offs, and each item will be sent carefully wrapped but with no gift box unless requested at the checkout.
Most earrings will be send on branded earring cards, and care instructions will be included as usual - please read and follow these.

- Shipping -

I am aiming to dispatch all sample sale pieces within a week of ordering. Usual postage costs apply, I will combine and refund shipping on separate multiple orders to the same customer. Unless Special Delivery is requested and paid for, all items are sent via Royal Mail First Class. Special Delivery does not affect processing time, it only refers to the method of postage used. Usual processing time still applies.
International orders are sent via International Tracked postage, you should receive a tracking number with your dispatch notification but if not, please get in contact so I can send you your tracking number.
No plastic packaging is used to send orders in, and all promotional material is made using recycled and / or recyclable cardboard and paper.

- Care Information -

Due to the handcrafted nature of this piece, care must be taken during wear and it is recommended to store it in the padded box provided. Care instructions are provided with each item, so please refer to these for more details on how to best take care of your jewellery. You are always welcome to contact the designer with any questions.

This item is NOT suitable for small children, due to small parts and potentially sharp edges.
