Processing times
- In-stock items are dispatched within 1-7 working days.
- For made-to-order items, please allow 7-21 working days before dispatch.
- Please feel free to get in touch if you need your order sooner, and I'll do my best to make it happen!
Shipping methods & timeframes
- UK standard: Royal Mail Tracked 48, aims to deliver within 48 hours of dispatch.
- UK tracked/express: Royal Mail Tracked 24, aims to deliver within 24 hours of dispatch.
- International: I am currently unable to ship internationally from this website. For international customers, please visit my Etsy store. I am working to make this website available to international customers as soon as possible!

- If your order is lost or delayed, please get in touch as soon as possible. I will work with Royal Mail to resolve the issue fairly.
