Where are your products made?

I design and hand-make all my products in my colourful studio in Bristol, England. 

How do you make them?

I create my designs by sketching them by hand or digitally. I then tidy them up and get them ready for laser-cutting. The laser-cutter cuts out each shape from a mix of wood and colourful acrylic sheets, and adds engraved details too. I then carefully hand-assemble each piece into my final designs, and add hand-inked details and jewellery components such as earring hoops, necklace chains and brooch backs.

How do I take care of my jewellery?

Each design is made by hand and will last a very long time if well-looked after. Please take a look at my care instructions for my best tips on keeping your jewellery looking lovely. If you encounter any flaws or breakages, I am always very happy to help with repairs so please get in touch!

Are your earrings heavy to wear?

They're surprisingly lightweight! Wood and acrylic are very light materials, so my earrings are very comfortable to wear. If you are wondering about any of the larger statement pieces, do feel free to contact me and I can weigh them for you.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most of my jewellery is handmade to order, and you can find a processing time estimate on each product page - this is usually 7-21 days, or less if the product is in stock and ready to ship. If you need something for a specific deadline, please get in touch and I'll do my best to accommodate.

Can I find you on social media?

Do you ship internationally?

I do ship to a selection of non-UK countries, but sadly due to increasingly complex bureaucracy, the countries I am able to ship to are currently limited. I hope to be able to resolve this soon, but at the moment I'm unfortunately unable to ship to the EU or USA. 

Do you work with shops?

Yes! I offer wholesale and am stocked by some lovely independent gift shops, as well we museums and galleries. If you would like to stock my designs or view my wholesale catalogue, please take a look at my wholesale page.
